How it works

1. Scheduling: After purchasing the service, clients will be given the opportunity to schedule a convenient meeting time with the artist.
2. Meeting Duration: Each portrait session via Zoom will have a predetermined duration, typically ranging from one to two hours, depending on the complexity of the portrait.
3. Reference Materials: Clients are encouraged to provide reference materials such as photographs or descriptions to ensure the artist captures their likeness accurately.
4. Feedback: During the session, clients can provide feedback and suggestions to the artist to ensure their satisfaction with the final portrait.
5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up 72 hours before the session, as specified in the service terms. Cancel at least 72 hours before to get full refund.
6. Final Artwork: Upon completion of the session, clients will receive a digital copy of the final artwork via email or other agreed-upon method.
7. Ownership Rights: Clients retain ownership of the commissioned artwork for personal use. The artist may request permission to display the artwork in their portfolio or for promotional purposes with the client’s consent.
8. Payment: Payment for the service is required in advance of the scheduled session. Payment methods and terms will be communicated during the booking process.
9. Technical Requirements: Clients must have access to a stable internet connection, a compatible device with a camera, and the Zoom application installed for the virtual meeting.
10. Respectful Conduct: Both the client and the artist are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the session, adhering to Zoom’s terms of service and guidelines for appropriate behavior.
